FAQs...
Q: Is your work for sale?
A: Yes, some of the work on my website is for sale. Usually if work is for sale there will be details of the work, size and price beside/beneath it.
Q: How much does your work cost?
A: My work varies in price from around A$500- to around A$9,000- for an original oil painting depending on the size.
Q: How do I make an enquiry about a work?
A: If you are interested in a work you can email me direct on: [email protected] with your enquiry.
Please feel free to ask any questions with regard to my work without any obligation to purchase - I am happy to help.
Q: What if I wish to see a better image of the work before purchase?
A: I can send a hi-rez image by email to you or, if you would like to see a particular painting in real life, you can visit me in my studio at Jervis Bay, NSW. You will need to make an appointment to do this.
My work is also shown in various galleries and in prize and group exhibitions, mostly in Sydney and around NSW - I regularly post details of where my work will be showing on my website and instagram feed.
Q: Are there other paintings available besides those on your website?
A: Yes, although I put many of my works on my website there are usually others available. If there are particular images you like and would like to see other similar images you can send me an email: [email protected] to find out more. I'll try to help!
Q: Do you do commissions?
A: I don't paint commissions for people. However if you are looking for a particular kind of image, or a particular size image then you can let me know and if something suitable comes up I will contact you.
Q: What if I wish to buy a work?
A: You can contact me direct on: [email protected] to buy a work as well. Just let me know which work you are interested in and I will confirm its availability, price and other details. Some of my work is sold through galleries, if this is the case with the work you have chosen I will pass you on their details to continue the process.
Q: How do I pay?
A: I can accept cheques and also direct deposit into a bank account. In both cases the payment must clear into the bank before the painting can be sent. Cash is always good.
Q: How do I get the painting?
A: If you are around the Sydney/NSW south coast area it may be possible for me to drop it off to you in person. Alternatively you may like to visit my studio to pick up the painting yourself. Most commonly I will send the painting (protectively wrapped and in a cardboard box) via Australia Post with 'signature on delivery' to ensure safe arrival.
Q: How much does it cost to have the painting posted to me?
A: All paintings in Australia are posted free of charge.
Postage costs for paintings going overseas will be quoted on prior to sending and the cost will then be included in the final price.
Q: Are your works framed?
A: Most of my works are framed and the frame is included in the price. If you are unsure then please check the painting details or just ask.
My frames are usually timber box frames, finished in either a very pale limewash, raw Tasmanian Oak or a dark stain - see examples below.
